💬 On Trust and Doubts
We know that some backers have doubts about our situation. That’s understandable given the long delays and silence. But our mission is to prove that even in times of war, it is possible to build something meaningful and bring bold ideas to life. Many said it was impossible – we want to prove the opposite.
🌍 Transparency and Community
We are preparing to create an open community space, where we will share every step of our journey with full transparency. TERRAWOOD was founded by two people serving in the military, and we openly admit our mistake: we didn’t delegate enough responsibilities to our civilian team, which led to delays.
To fix this, we will:
Launch live streams directly from the workshop, so you can see the production process yourself.
Publish a clear action plan with exact timelines very soon, so every backer knows what to expect and when.
⚡ Anti-Crisis Plan
We are now implementing an emergency anti-crisis plan, broken down day by day – from regular communication with you, to financial stabilization, to restarting production and shipping.

First of all, thank you for your patience and incredible support. We know how eagerly you await your awards, and we want to be up-to-date about the current state of affairs.
🔧 Production Status
Production in Ukraine continues. There were some delays, but everything is fine now.
The main challenges were related to logistics and supply chain adjustments. We are currently optimizing our processes to ensure smooth operations once deliveries begin.
We are testing new local suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.
💪 Challenges We Overcame
One of the biggest challenges for our team was the military service of one of our founders. This led to a temporary pause in our operations. The good news is that this stage is behind us, and we are returning to active work with renewed energy.
🌟 Team Expansion
We are pleased to announce that our team has grown! Meet Anastasia Lapina – she will become our official translator and the face of TERRAWOOD. Thanks to Anastasia, you will receive updates and video messages more frequently and transparently.
📦 Delivery Times
Shipping has not yet begun. We are finalizing production and logistics settings to ensure a smooth process. Once we begin shipping, we will provide you with a tracking table so you can monitor the status of your order.
💡 How You Can Support Us
To speed up the process, we are preparing additions to the Kickstarter campaign and opening pre-orders on our official website. Every additional support helps us bring TERRAWOOD to your homes faster. You will also receive bonuses and discounts to compensate for the wait.

Dear friends,
We know it’s been a while since our last update, and we want to sincerely thank you for your patience. The pause was due to personal circumstances: our founder Oleksandr – who manages most aspects of the project – is also an active serviceman in Ukraine. For a period of time, he had limited capacity to oversee operations.
That said, production has never stopped, and things are moving forward steadily:
✅ We’ve addressed issues raised in the comments and fixed several bugs in the pledge manager – thank you for pointing them out!
✅ A new production milestone has been reached, and the factory is buzzing with activity.
✅ We're fully back in touch and will keep you posted more frequently!

You’ve probably noticed a bit of silence on our end — and we owe you an explanation.
Our team is small. In fact, it’s just the two of us — Vadym and Oleksandr — and Oleksandr’s wife, Liubov. Recently, something magical happened in our little team: Oleksandr and Liubov became parents to a beautiful baby girl named Maria! 👶✨
This life-changing event brought us immense joy, but also temporarily slowed us down. Since we’ve been doing everything on our own — from development to logistics — we needed a moment to adjust to this new chapter. We hope you understand and agree it was a truly meaningful reason for the silence. 💛
But now we’re back! Full of energy (and just a little sleep-deprived 😄), we’re getting back on track and are committed to delivering everything on time as promised.
